However, during use, we will find that there will be a bright line on the LED screen. In order to make it play more perfectly, how to solve the problem of bright line on the LED screen?

There are three reasons why the LED display screen has bright lines

1. The product quality is not up to standard. When buying, don't be greedy for cheap and poor quality products.

2. The voltage is unstable. Leakage occurs.

3. Improper operation methods and human operation errors affect the effect of the display screen.

There are three solutions

1. Determine whether the power supply is damaged

First, determine whether the power supply is damaged and whether it can be used normally. Because one power supply controls several unit boards at the same time. You can measure whether the output voltage is between 4.9~5.5v. If it is not within this range, it is likely that the power supply is broken.

2. Determine whether the control card is damaged

First turn on the power and see if the indicator light of the control card is on; if not, check whether there is 5V voltage supply and whether the LED electronic screen can display content. If it can display content, it means that the control card display function is good; then use the control card software to find the control card. If it can be found, it means that the control card has a good function of sending content; if it cannot be found, check whether the communication line is connected properly. If it is connected properly, it is very likely that there is a problem with the card. As long as these two functions are good, the control card is good, otherwise the control card needs to be replaced.

3. Check if the unit board is damaged

The LED display screen signals are transmitted from one board to another board. So if there is a problem with one board, it will affect the following boards. So check the unit boards one by one to see if they are normal.

After finding out the problem, you can repair it according to the damage. If you can't repair it yourself, you can contact the manufacturer or send it to the manufacturer for repair. For serious damage, you can ask maintenance technicians to repair it on site to ensure that the LED display can be used normally.
